Job description

We're about to start building a game-changing SaaS product from scratch with an amazing team of experienced product people. Hence, we're looking for people with an appetite to figure things out as we build the product for the first couple of customers who are excited to use it as soon as we're ready. Obeyo is the first operating system and community app for residential living where operations and community go hand in hand. It provides actionable data, insights, and automation to reduce operating costs and address key challenges faced by operators. By creating a meaningful social living experience, Obeyo also aims to tackle the loneliness factor and set a new global standard for shared living. 


As a ReactJS developer, you excel as a front-end developer and have the ability to jump into the backend tasks from time to time. This person is the 'swiss army knife' in HTML, Javascript, and CSS to bring the Obeyo application to life based on our designs. As a team ReactJS developer, you will have the following responsibilities and goals:

  • Translates our designs into a fantastic user experience for our customers
  • The UI is fast and intuitive;
  • You covered 80%+ of the use cases by end-to-end tests.

Requirements

  • You have significant experience in ReactJS;
  • You have experience using TailwindCSS or the aptitude to quickly learn TailwindCSS based on past experience with similar frameworks;
  • You have experience implementing (external) end-to-end tests for QA on a web application;
  • You have some experience with NextJS;
  • You have some experience in React Native;
  • You have enough experience with NodeJS, Express, and Postgres to implement simple features based on coding conventions set by the full stack developer.


Hard Requirements

  • You have a European passport or a long-term visa for the Netherlands.
  • You can work in CEST.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably on an international level.
  • You write and speak perfect English.
