Responsibilities

As the first hire of our marketing team, the future of living will be in your hands. Within our international and quickly growing team, you’ll be working alongside our founder to grow into a marketing role. This puts the future growth of our Obeyo ecosystem at the heart of what you are doing: you take a data-driven approach to marketing and develop creative units that speak to the needs of our target audience. You will be responsible for:

  • Drive inbound leads to fill the top of the funnel and help nurture those into SQLs.
  • Creative development, executing ad buying, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Create the needed materials such as copy, ads, or landing pages.
  • AB test from the creative and copy to landing pages and targeting.
  • Feedback your data-driven insights to the product and sales teams.
  • Continuously improve our processes and your own craft.

Requirements

  • Experiences with B2B marketing, SaaS, or real estate.
  • Experience in the management and analysis of paid acquisition campaigns.
  • You can juggle multiple competing priorities with ease and are extremely organized.
  • You have good intuition on the types of creative that are thumb-stopping and you're able to translate your vision into successful campaigns.
  • You have experience developing landing pages from scratch and have experience optimizing a product-led growth sales funnel.
  • You are a self-starter who excels at both the creative and analytical sides of paid acquisition campaigns.
  • You are highly curious, and you’re obsessed with the latest ads trends, and discovering what is working on each platform.
  • Fluent in English is a requirement, an additional language is a plus.
  • Eager to grow alongside a growing team.

A day in your life as Digital Marketer

  • 9:00 - daily stand-up with the team to tackle the day.
  • 9:15 - monitoring ongoing campaigns and review results of the latest A/B test.
  • 10:00 - creating new creative assets for our next campaign.
  • 11:30 - present conference strategy for upcoming real estate conference to the management team.
  • 12:00 - lunch and catching up with your colleagues.
  • 12:30 - catch-up with the sales team to work our the new case study for the UK market.
  • 13:00 - working out the script for the new product video.
  • 16:00 - setting up new experiments.
  • 17:15 - daily debrief to celebrate successes and sort out potential challenges.
