Responsibilities

As our first customer success hire the future of living will be in your hands. Within our international and quickly growing team, you’ll be responsible to ensure the success of our customers. Helping new customers onboard into our product, and helping everyone operators and residents alike to better understand and use our product! You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new customers into the product and making sure they fall in love with it right from the start and create successful case studies as they and we grow.
  • Minimising churn of our customers, and upselling them into additional features that we keep rolling out.
  • Helping new customers to successfully roll out our app towards their residents.
  • Tracking usage of our product and feeding your insights back into our product team.
  • Create and maintain the right materials and knowledge-base to onboard and train our customers and their residents.
  • Monitoring monthly key KPIs and making sure we keep a high NPS.
  • Continuously improve our processes and your own craft.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success / SaaS / Software sales or Client Support role
  • Passionate about customer success and community building
  • Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to follow-up and follow-through
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a requirement, an additional language a plus
  • Knowledge and a vision for the future of residential living, in particular in the student - and/or coliving niche
  • First experiences with leading a small team is a plus

A day in your life as a Customer Success Specialist 

  • 9:00 - daily stand-up with the team to tackle the day.
  • 9:15 - following-up on inbound emails and new tasks.
  • 11:00 - call with a new client to walk them through the system and help them onboard.
  • 11:30 - check in with the existing customers to help them better use our product.
  • 12:00 - lunch and catching up with your colleagues.
  • 12:30 - catch-up with the marketing team to develop the right onboarding/training materials.
  • 13:00 - create content for articles, webinars, or conferences - and improve current onboarding flow.
  • 16:30 - check-in with the product team to improve existing features based on user data.
  • 17:15 - daily debrief to celebrate successes and sort out potential challenges.
